Welcome to Moi Wellness Centre. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointment Booking

Reservations: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, with potential rescheduling.

Service Policies

Consultations: We may conduct a consultation before certain services to ensure the best results. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within [24/48] hours so we can address your concerns or offer a corrective treatment.
Product Returns: Products purchased can be returned within 2 days if unopened and in their original packaging. Opened products are nonrefundable.

Conduct and Behavior

Respectful Behavior: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of service and/or removal from the premises.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. This information is confidential and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
Communication: By booking an appointment, you agree to receive
communication related to your appointments and promotional offers. You may opt-out at any time.

Discounts

New Clients: Salons and spas offer discounts specifically for new clients, on their anniversary.
Service Specific: Discounts may apply only to certain services. For example, you might get a discount on a haircut but not on color treatments or massages.
Time Restrictions: Discounts might only be valid during certain times or days of the week, like off-peak hours or specific days.

Payment Terms

Pricing: Prices for services are listed on our website or in-store. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Methods of Payment: We accept list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments, UPI. Payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds: No-refund policy for the service rendered or on product , meaning once a service is rendered or a product is purchased, it can’t be returned or refunded.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding discounts will be resolved at the discretion of the salon/spa management.

Appointments Only: Discounts might require you to book in advance rather than walk-in appointments. Cannot Be Combined: Often, you can’t combine discounts with other offers or promotions.
Redeem coupon and discount: Service cannot be avail of with other coupons, rewards points, and discounts on their behalf.
